This Privacy Policy explains how Reloadly (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit reloadly.store or purchase digital products through the site. We design the storefront so that we never need full payment card numbers on our servers.

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device signals, and approximate location derived from IP (used for fraud prevention and regional catalog display).

• Support messages you send to support@reloadly.store.

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers, CVV, or full bank credentials on this site. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors under their own privacy terms.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage to:

• Keep the site functional (session, security, load balancing).
• Remember preferences such as language or region.
• Measure aggregate traffic and improve the storefront.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

• Steam / game publishers’ CDNs — serve artwork assets (may receive your IP when images load).
• Analytics / error monitoring — if enabled, to understand performance.

These parties process data under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

6. International transfers

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for transfers.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention windows, then delete or anonymize it.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and fraud monitoring. No method of transmission is 100% secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
