Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reloadly.store and any purchase of digital products (game top-ups, game keys, gift cards) made through the site (“Services”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+ or the age of majority).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping any credentials secure.
• We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders that fail fraud, payment, or compliance checks.

2. Products and third-party fulfillment

• Reloadly is a storefront. Codes, top-ups, and some fulfillment steps may be provided by third-party suppliers and game/platform operators.
• Platform rules (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, publishers, etc.) always apply to redeemed products.
• Region, platform, and account restrictions on a product page are binding on you.

3. Pricing, orders, and acceptance

• Prices may change without notice; the price shown at order confirmation governs that order.
• An order is an offer to buy. We accept an order when we confirm fulfillment or deliver the digital product.
• We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing error, fraud risk, or legal restriction prevents fulfillment.

4. Delivery and redemption

• Digital products are delivered electronically; there is no physical shipping.
• You must verify region/platform before purchase. Wrong-region redemption is treated as misuse of the product, not a defect, except where law requires otherwise.
• Once a code is revealed or a top-up is submitted to the platform, the product is consumed and generally non-returnable — see Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to abuse pricing, inventory, or APIs.
• Resell codes purchased here in violation of platform terms, or launder proceeds.
• Attempt to breach security, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or overload the Services.
• Submit false chargebacks or payment disputes while simultaneously seeking a store refund (double recovery).
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.

Violation may result in immediate suspension, order cancellation, and referral to payment processors or law enforcement.

6. Chargebacks and fraud

• If you believe an order is wrong, contact support@reloadly.store first. Unwarranted chargebacks after delivery of digital goods may result in account termination and blocks with payment partners.
• We may share order and device signals with payment processors and fraud-prevention services to protect the store.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and original content belong to Reloadly or our licensors. Game names, logos, and artwork belong to their respective owners. See IP & Disclaimers.

8. Disclaimers — service provided “as is”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any code will be accepted by a third-party platform for reasons outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reloadly and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reloadly for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $100 if no such payment is identifiable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases the limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reloadly from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and indemnity) survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Reloadly’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Disputes shall first be attempted in good faith via support@reloadly.store.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective date.
